FROM LEAVE TO LEADING

A New Mom Career Coaching Program

Going back to work after having a baby is one of the biggest transitions of your career.

What if it felt doable, and you felt successful at work and at home?

Eight private coaching sessions to help you go back to work feeling ready. We lay the groundwork before your leave, do the deep work in the weeks before you return, and check in once you’re back, so your plan keeps working on Day 30. Together we build the support structures this transition really needs.

This program is designed for ambitious new moms who want to go back to work feeling like themselves, with a plan that fits their family.

Overwhelmed

Childcare, mornings, nights. How do I get it all in place before Day 1?

Torn

I’m carrying guilt, excitement and self-doubt. How do I feel good as a mom and at work?

Off Course

What do I take back on, what do I ask for, and how do I set boundaries from the start?

ABOUT PLAN CREATIVELY

Plan Creatively is led by Sara Madera.

After running organizations and departments for companies large and small across the globe, Sara decided to focus on the part of the job she liked the most: developing people.

A certified executive coach, a naturally good listener and a mother of two, Sara helps women redefine for themselves what it means to be a successful working mother, and make that vision a reality.

Sara is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and has helped hundreds of professionals, many of them mothers navigating career transitions, find clarity, confidence, and a path forward.

The Headed Back to Work, Mama course gives you the tools. This program gives you a coach beside you through the whole arc: before your leave, in the weeks before you return, and in your first month back, when the real adjustments happen.

THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:

A look at each area to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and you feel supported across your life through the significant change of working abroad with a family.

  • Eight one-hour 1:1 coaching sessions on Zoom, timed around your leave and return dates
  • Companion worksheets from the Headed Back to Work, Mama course
  • A check-in after you’re back to adjust the plan for real life

Buying for someone you love? This program makes a meaningful baby gift for a daughter, daughter-in-law, sister or friend. Here's how.
